The Sloth Run Club presents our first ever virtual 5k event! Sign up by pressing the button below.

And once you report that you ran your 5k, I will ship you a medal! You can run a sanctioned event or just go for a run in the neighborhood. No speed requirements, no competitions. Walk it if you need to! Be like a sloth and find the joy in slow movements.
